All consultations are by appointment only.
If the reason for you enquiry is for a mental health issue, you are under the care of a psychiatrist, prescribed anti-psychotic medication or have undiagnosed pain, it will be necessary for you to obtain your physicians written approval to use hypnotherapy as an adjunct to your medical treatment.
If you have been diagnosed with schizophrenia, bi-polar disease, I will be unable to make an appointment for you.
The services provided at APT Hypnotherapy are not a substitute for medical treatment or medications.
I understand that results can vary from person to person.
Payment is required at the time of booking.
Due to the popularity and demand and to protect my valued clients, we have a strict cancellation process in place. Should you need to postpone your appointment we ask you to give a minimum of 3 days. If you do not meet the 3 day minimum a 50% fee will apply. Should you cancel within one day or do not arrive for your appointment the full fee applies.
APT Hypnotherapy reserves the right to cancel consultations in unavoidable situations and full refunds (pro-rata) will be made.
Redemption of pre-paid/unused sessions
Pre-paid sessions have a 3 month expiry date i.e. from the date of the last session attended.
Conditions applied on a client requirement basis for Quit smoking and Reduce Alcohol programs.
I am committed to achieving my goals
I understand that if I arrive for my session under the influence of alcohol or illicit drugs, the session cannot commence and I will forfeit the full fee paid.
I understand by providing informed consent I am assuming full responsibility to the outcome.
